Dehydration and health
Dehydration and health
Dehydration makes almost every health problem worse.
This includes fatigue, allergies, asthma, obesity, high blood pressure, slow metabolism, unexplained body pains, migraine headaches, depression, anxiety, toxicity, diabetes, joint pain, immune dysfunction and more. Experts agree the vast majority of adults are chronically dehydrated.
Furthermore, drinking more water does not significantly improve hydration for most people. This is because the body must have the proper balance of electrolytes in order for the H2O to reach the bloodstream and be useful to the cells. Without electrolytes, the body will just continue to eliminate the water without it being used at the cellular level.
