Return Policy

Include a copy of your invoice along with the product you are returning within 14 days of the date of purchase. Please include original packaging. We’re sorry but we cannot accept products that have been opened or used. All products must be returned in original condition. Motive Pure is not responsible for shipping charges for items that were fulfilled correctly. 12-packs cannot be returned unless the entire 12-pack is intact and in the original packaging. Typographical Errors
In the event that a www.motivepure.com product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, www.motivepure.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. www.motivepure.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, www.motivepure.com shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
